Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GPT Image 2, including the website, generation and editing tools, account features, billing flows, credit packs, downloads, share pages, and support.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use GPT Image 2.

GPT Image 2 provides web-based AI image generation and image editing workflows for creators, marketers, ecommerce teams, and production users.

The service may include free trial usage, paid subscriptions, one-time credit packs, generation history, public share pages, downloadable outputs, and third-party integrations.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through it. Provide accurate information when signing in, purchasing, or contacting support.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, payment failure, suspicious activity, policy violations, excessive automated usage, or risk to the service or other users.

Paid plans and credit packs are processed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. Prices, limits, credit amounts, and benefits are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

You may not use GPT Image 2 to create, distribute, or request unlawful content, malware, exploitative content, minor sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, fraud, impersonation, deceptive political manipulation, or content that violates third-party rights.

You may not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, resell unauthorized access, abuse free usage, or use automation that degrades service reliability.

You are responsible for prompts, reference images, generated outputs, share pages, and downstream use of images created through the service.

Review generated images before publishing. AI images may contain errors, artifacts, inaccurate text, unintended similarities, or unsuitable details. Do not submit confidential or third-party proprietary material unless you have the right to do so.

If you create a share page, anyone with the link may view the shared prompt, metadata, and images.

We may remove, disable, expire, or restrict share pages for security, legal, operational, storage, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Subject to these terms, payment status, provider policies, and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial workflows where your plan permits commercial usage.

You grant GPT Image 2 a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, and deliver prompts, reference images, generated images, and metadata as needed to provide the service and operate public share pages you create.

The service depends on providers including Cloudflare, Stripe, authentication providers, analytics providers, and upstream image generation providers.

We are not responsible for outages, processing delays, policy decisions, charge declines, or API changes caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the product operational.

GPT Image 2 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect generation results, exact text rendering, legal suitability, or fitness for a specific campaign.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Image 2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, reputational, or business interruption damages.

We may update plans, features, prices, credit rules, provider integrations, safety controls, and these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
